Kick-Ass

“Shut up. Kick-ass.”

Dave Lizewski (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) is a high school student nobody notices, a comic book fan who wants to matter to someone. So he orders a wetsuit and a pair of batons and goes out to be a superhero, with no powers, no training and no real reason beyond wanting to. Matthew Vaughn follows him from that first clumsy night into a city where others in costume turn out to be a good deal more prepared, and Dave keeps going back out.
