“In The World's Deadliest Contest, There Can Only Be One Winner... And Only One Survivor!”

The fight David Sloan (Sasha Mitchell) has flown to Rio de Janeiro to take is rigged against him. His opponent beats a local sparring partner for no reason, and the American manager running the card, Lane (Richard Comar), has plans David wants no part of. Rick King sends David and his mentor Xian (Dennis Chan Kwok-San) through the city with a street kid who robs tourists, and the film says plainly that a champion's skill means nothing if he stays quiet.
