Kid Galahad

“EVERY WOMAN MUST MAKE A FOOL OF HERSELF OVER A MAN...ONCE!”

Fight promoter Nick Donati (Edward G. Robinson) is short on talent when he spots a bellhop who can take a punch, and he starts grooming him as a future champion. His girlfriend Fluff (Bette Davis) watches from the corner, and his sister Marie (Jane Bryan) soon draws the young fighter's eye, which makes Nick rethink his plans. Michael Curtiz keeps the story in the crowded arenas and nightclubs around Nick, Fluff and the kid they call Galahad.
