Nicola (Valerio Mastandrea) and Sara (Paola Cortellesi) are married and in love, with a six-year-old daughter who gives them no trouble and careers that are going well. A second child arrives, and the balance of the house starts to come apart. Giuseppe Bonito directs the last script Mattia Torre wrote, and the film treats a new baby as the thing that tests how much a family can bend.
