Kiki's Delivery Service

Kiki (Fuka Koshiba) climbs onto her broom and leaves home, because a young witch must spend one year on her own before she can call herself trained. Her cat Jiji goes with her, and she says her goodbyes to family and friends first. Takashi Shimizu directs this live-action version of the novel, and the film follows Kiki and Jiji as they start a new life, with the cat close beside her.
