“He's not one of the best. He is the best!”

Kandy Kane (Anneline Kriel) wants her father back, and she is willing to hire anyone who can get him. Dr. Horatio Kane has been kidnapped by Marduk (Michael Mayer), who needs the scientist to build an army of martial artists and use it to take over the world. Ivan Hall sends Steve Chase (James Ryan) and a handful of friends after him, a rescue that rests on how much a daughter will risk for family.
