Over the summer of 1976, thirty-six bombs go off in Cleveland while Irish mobster Danny Greene (Ray Stevenson) fights the Italian mafia for the city. Jonathan Hensleigh follows Greene from a rough neighborhood to a place as an enforcer in the local mob, with John Nardi (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Shondor Birns (Christopher Walken) around him. Every bomb raises the cost, and Greene has no way back.
