Kill the Jockey

Remo Manfredini (Nahuel Pérez Biscayart), a small-time hustler in Buenos Aires, wants out of the underworld and enough money to disappear. He moves through a nocturnal maze of debt collectors, horse-racing fixers, and a woman named Abril (Úrsula Corberó) who may be leading him toward a payday or a grave. Ortega shoots the whole thing in deadpan absurdity, where the only real escape is the one you stop trying to find.
