King Kong vs. Godzilla

“Will you win, Godzilla? Will you win, Kong? The battle of the century!”

Director Tako (Ichirō Arishima) runs the ad department at Pacific Pharmaceuticals, and he is sick of the low ratings on the company's TV program. He sends Osamu Sakurai (Tadao Takashima) and Kinzaburo Furue (Yū Fujiki) to Faro Island to bring back King Kong as a draw. Ishirō Honda sets Kong and Godzilla on a collision course, and the two sit in the same frame for the first time in color and widescreen.
