King of Beggars

Why would the heir of a noble, influential family decide that his future lies in kung fu? So Chan (Stephen Chow) has met Yushang (Sharla Cheung), the woman he loves, and she will only accept him if he becomes a master of the art. Director Gordon Chan builds the film on a plain idea: a man has to give up everything he was born into before he can earn the one thing he wants.
