Kotha is a crime-ridden town, and gangster Kannan (Shabeer Kallarakkal) runs it without much challenge. CI Shahul Hassan (Prasanna), humiliated by Kannan and his men, quietly arranges for Kotha Raju (Dulquer Salmaan), a former gangster, to come back. Abhilash Joshiy sets the two men on a collision course, and the whole town waits to see who still holds it.
