“No one can stop the reign.”

Noa (Owen Teague) is a young ape who lives among his clan, generations after Caesar's reign, in a world where apes rule and humans keep to the shadows. His journey begins when a tyrant named Proximus Caesar (Kevin Durand) builds an empire that pulls Noa into its path. Wes Ball sets Noa beside Nova (Freya Allan), a human he cannot decide whether to trust, and each keeps an eye on the other.
