“Desire. Temptation. Revenge.”

Lieutenant Crowe (Charles Bronson) is a hard, brutal Los Angeles cop who has made one organization his target: a ring that forces underage girls into prostitution. J. Lee Thompson puts him on the street beside Eddie Rios (Perry Lopez), working a case with the pace of a manhunt and a steady, uneasy dread. The girls are the ones at risk, and Crowe's fury gives him one thing to aim at.
