Kirikou and the Wild Beasts

The first Kirikou story ended too soon, or so the grandfather (Robert Liensol) says, and he sets out to tell what it left out. Kirikou (Pierre-Ndoffé Sarr), the tiny boy who is born talking, turns up as a gardener, a detective, a potter, a merchant, a traveler and a doctor. Michel Ocelot draws it in flat, bright colors, with the grandfather telling it from his seat.
