Lea (Alessandra de Rossi), a Filipino tour guide in Sapporo, wants only to be left alone after the sight in her eyes fails and she learns of her fiancé's betrayal. Her neighbor across the way, Tonyo (Empoy Marquez), keeps turning up at her door, cheerful and determined to be her friend. Sigrid Andrea P. Bernardo builds their friendship out of small talk and shared walks, and the film keeps coming back to how a person can be known without being looked at.
