“Ride the next wave in terror.”

John Dirks (Duncan Regehr) is a producer who has come up with a stunt he calls blood surfing: dump bloody fish remains in the water, draw in the sharks, then ride a board through the middle of them. He takes his camerawoman, Cecily Howard (Tziporah Malkah), and two surfers off the coast of Florida to shoot the footage. James D.R. Hickox follows Cecily as she films the stunt, and the sharks turn out to be the smaller problem.
