Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

“Love is Friendship.”

The film moves between a college campus and a household eight years on, where Rahul Khanna (Shah Rukh Khan) is raising his young daughter Anjali (Sana Saeed) alone. Karan Johar sets the old friendship with Anjali Sharma (Kajol) against the girl's plan, made on her mother's last wish, to bring the two of them back together. Love can sit unnoticed beside a best friend for years, and it can take a child to see it.
