L.A. Story

“Something funny is happening in L.A.”

Early-90s Los Angeles is a city of freeways, and Harris K. Telemacher (Steve Martin) spends his days on one, reading the weather on television as the local wacky weatherman. A talking billboard starts giving him advice about his love life, and he takes it. Mick Jackson keeps Harris pointed at Sara McDowel (Victoria Tennant), an English reporter, while the billboard glows above the traffic.
