Aoi Nishimori (Ayame Goriki) is a high school student living alone in an apartment, because her parents moved to another city for work and she refused to change schools. The boy who takes the flat next door is Shūsei Kugayama (Kento Yamazaki), the most popular student in her class, and her mistake sets off the sprinkler in his room. Taisuke Kawamura keeps the film in that one apartment, with a flooded neighbor's belongings and a girl who now has a houseguest.
