La Balance

In the Belleville neighborhood of Paris, the police want an informant inside the underworld and have settled on Nicole (Nathalie Baye), a prostitute, and Dédé (Philippe Léotard), the pimp she lives with. Bob Swaim sends a detective to lean on them both, leaving them no room to say no. Nicole has her own life to protect, and the pressure falls hardest on her.
