La Chèvre

Marie Bens (Corynne Charbit) has vanished somewhere in South America, and her father hires Campana (Gérard Depardieu), a private detective, to find her. His plan is to send along François Perrin (Pierre Richard), the unluckiest man in the company, on the theory that he will repeat every mistake she made. Francis Veber pairs the two in Mexico, the tall one stumbling ahead while the broad one trails behind him, hat low, waiting for the next disaster.
