La Collectionneuse
A 17th-century villa on the Riviera is lent out for the summer, and the art dealer Adrien (Patrick Bauchau) arrives there with his painter friend Daniel (Daniel Pommereulle) planning to do nothing at all. Haydée (Haydée Politoff) is already staying in the house, a young woman the men have heard described as a collector of lovers. Éric Rohmer, in his first film in colour, makes Adrien's disdain for her a way of talking about his own vanity.
