“Would you stay or move out if your village had ghost?”

In a new housing estate called Ladda Land, Thee (Saharat Sangkapreecha) moves his wife Pan (Piyathida Mittiraroch) and their two children into a house he has chosen as a fresh start. Sophon Sakdaphisit follows the family as the neighbors turn strange and unexplained events begin to disturb their days. Thee keeps insisting everything is fine, and Pan keeps seeing that it isn't.
