Lady Macbeth

Katherine Lester (Florence Pugh) is married off to a bitter man in rural England in 1865 and left in a house where his father, Boris (Christopher Fairbank), rules every hour of her day. Her husband Alexander (Paul Hilton) shows no interest in her, and she wants a life that answers to her own wishes. William Oldroyd sets this in a Victorian marriage, where a woman's wishes are the one thing nobody in the house will allow.
