“Sometimes love isn't enough.”

Valerie Somers (Barbara Hershey) has not recovered from her daughter's murder, and she suspects her husband John (Geoffrey Rush) of seeing someone else. Then she disappears, and Detective Leon Zat (Anthony LaPaglia) is sent to find her. Ray Lawrence draws four couples into the search, and each husband and wife is watching the other for signs of a lie.
