Last Looks

“This city is a bad place to be a good guy.”

Charlie Waldo (Charlie Hunnam), a disgraced ex-cop, wants only to be left alone, so he has moved into the woods and given up the work that ruined him. Then a private eye talks him into looking at the murder of an eccentric TV star's wife, and Tim Kirkby follows Waldo as one case pulls an unwilling man back toward the city. Alastair Pinch (Mel Gibson) is the star, and Waldo is the cabin, the trees, and the quiet he gave up.
