Last Night

“Temptation can lead anywhere.”

Joanna Reed (Keira Knightley) and her husband Michael (Sam Worthington) live well together in New York, though a fight over a party has left a coldness between them. Michael leaves on a business trip with his colleague Laura (Eva Mendes), while Joanna runs into Alex Mann (Guillaume Canet), a former love. Massy Tadjedin, in her first feature, cuts between the two nights and lets each conversation run long.
