Late Autumn

“True love knows no stranger.”

A woman serving time in prison gets word that her mother has died in Seattle, and the authorities grant her seventy-two hours to attend the funeral. Anna (Tang Wei) makes the long trip with nothing to her name, and in Seattle she crosses paths with Hoon (Hyun Bin), a Korean immigrant who works as a gigolo and is running from an angry husband. Kim Tae-yong gives the pair three days, and Anna spends them with a man she barely knows, aware of the clock.
