A shooting star falls over the city, and Laura (Céline Vogt) finds it the next day in a park, lying on the ground with one of its points broken. The star is alive, so Laura takes her home and fixes the point with a band-aid. Piet De Rycker and Thilo Rothkirch follow the two of them as the star's colors fade, and Laura holds on to a friend she knows she has to let go.
