Law of Tehran

“Who are trafficking all these drugs for 6.5 million addicts?”

Samad (Payman Maadi), a narcotics officer in Tehran, wants one man: the drug baron Nasser Khakzad, who has stayed out of reach for years. With his colleague Hamid (Houman Kiai), he works the streets and an overcrowded prison, running his search by rough and doubtful methods. Saeed Roustaee gives Samad a short fuse and a patience worn almost to nothing, and the hunt eats whatever else he has.
