Le Gendarme de Saint-Tropez

“Beguiling BATHING BEAUTIES will give you a load of laughs!”

Ludovic Cruchot (Louis de Funès) is a gendarme who wants a promotion and gets a transfer to Saint-Tropez instead. Jean Girault sends him to a resort where the work is chasing nude swimmers, and where his teenage daughter Nicole (Geneviève Grad) has told her rich friends that her father is a millionaire with a yacht in the harbor. Cruchot keeps barking orders at the beach and the town, and never quite notices who is running the show.
