Leap of Faith

“Real miracles, sensibly priced.”

In 1992, the tour buses of a travelling revival roll into Rustwater, Kansas, where Jonas Nightengale (Steve Martin) pitches his tent and stages the "miracles" that fill the collection buckets. His manager Jane (Debra Winger) runs the books and the crew behind the curtain, while Sheriff Will Braverman (Liam Neeson) starts asking the town's questions. Richard Pearce films the tent meetings and the small-town streets with the same easy, open-handed warmth.
