Left Behind

“The end begins.”

Mid-flight over the Atlantic, airline pilot Rayford Steele (Nicolas Cage) hears screaming in the cabin as passengers disappear from their seats, leaving only their clothes behind. On the ground, his wife Irene (Lea Thompson) and their daughter are caught in the same vanishing, while reporter Buck Williams (Chad Michael Murray) is stuck aboard. Vic Armstrong keeps the story mostly in the air, and Rayford, with a crew to lead and a family out of reach, has to fly on.
