“Crash the spookiest party of the year.”

Shaggy Rogers (Matthew Lillard) wants one thing from Blowout Beach, a real swinging beach party with the rest of Mystery, Inc. Then the Ghost Pirates show up to harsh the good vibes, and Velma (Kate Micucci) and Daphne (Grey DeLisle) have a mystery on their hands again. Ethan Spaulding directs this one in Lego bricks. Shaggy stands on the sand with the party still going, Scooby-Doo beside him, the whole beach built out of little plastic pieces.
