Leonor Will Never Die

“She may be gone, but her story lives on.”

A television falls on the head of Leonor (Sheila Francisco), a retired screenwriter, and she slips into a coma. Inside it she becomes the hero of the action movie she never finished, with Rudie (Bong Cabrera) and a dead Ronwaldo (Anthony Falcon) among the people she meets there. Martika Ramirez Escobar, in her first feature, builds the film as a loving copy of the Filipino action pictures of the 1970s and '80s.
