Les Indésirables

Pierre Forges (Alexis Manenti), a young doctor, takes over as mayor of a working-class Paris suburb after the old mayor dies, promising to clean the place up. Haby Keita (Anta Diaw) lives in one of the tower blocks he wants changed, and she organizes her neighbors to fight for them. Ladj Ly sets the two of them against each other, and the people in those buildings stand to lose their homes.
