Lessons in Chocolate

Mattia (Luca Argentero), a building contractor, wants to close the biggest deal of his career before the week is out. Then Kamal, an Egyptian worker he hired off the books, falls from a scaffold and breaks a bone, and offers a deal of his own: Mattia takes his seat in a pastry course, or Kamal sues. In Claudio Cupellini's film, Mattia stands in a classroom among bowls of chocolate, passing as Kamal, and begins to share a bench with Cecilia (Violante Placido).
