Letters to Juliet

“What if you had a second chance to find true love?”

A letter has sat unanswered behind a loose stone in a wall in Verona, left in the courtyard where thousands of notes to Juliet pile up and the "secretaries of Juliet" write replies. Sophie (Amanda Seyfried), an American on vacation in Italy, finds it and sets out to track down the lovers it names, with Charlie (Christopher Egan) in tow. Gary Winick, who died the year after, films the Italian countryside with an easy, sunlit patience.
