In Sibiu in December 1989, nobody can say who is firing at whom. A militia unit comes under violent assault as protests spread, and soldiers, militiamen, security agents and civilians are soon shooting at one another. Captain Viorel Stanese (Alex Calangiu) is taken while trying to escape the siege and accused of being a terrorist, and Tudor Giurgiu keeps the camera moving with him through the panic, close enough to feel every shove.
