Liberty Stands Still

Liberty Wallace (Linda Fiorentino) is the heir and marketing director of a major gun manufacturer, and the damage its product does has never troubled her much. On her way to meet her lover, she ends up chained to a food cart packed with explosives by a sniper who calls himself Joe (Wesley Snipes). Kari Skogland puts Joe's rifle on Liberty from the first minutes, and now her husband Victor (Oliver Platt) is tied to her fate.
