Life of Belle

On July 18th, 2018, in a small South Carolina town, eight-year-old Annabelle (Syrenne Robinson) vanishes from her home. Her parents and brother Link (Zachary Robinson) search the rooms, call her name, begin to understand a child is gone. Director Shawn Robinson documents what unfolds with a stillness that lets the dread accumulate like fog, the camera staying close to the spaces where Annabelle was and is not.
