Life of Pi

A sixteen-year-old boy named Pi Patel (Suraj Sharma) and a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker find themselves alone on a lifeboat in the Pacific Ocean after their ship sinks. For 227 days, Pi must keep the tiger alive while staying alive himself, rationing food and water in the vast blue expanse. Survival on an open ocean teaches that the mind shapes what is bearable, and that belief itself can be a way to endure.
