“An ordinary boy, an extraordinary faith.”

John (Benjamin Jacobson) the Apostle bears witness to a man named Jesus (Ian Hanlin) whose words and presence draw crowds and confusion in equal measure. Those closest to him, including Andrew (Vincent Tong) and Nicodemus (Michael Benyaer), struggle to understand what he claims and what he asks of them. Bancroft and Schafer render the story through John's memory, and what emerges is that bearing witness to goodness means being changed by it.
