Space ranger Buzz Lightyear (voice: Chris Evans) pilots a ship through a storm that warps time itself, stranding him on a hostile planet. He recruits a ragtag team, including Izzy Hawthorne (voice: Keke Palmer) and a robotic companion named SOX (voice: Peter Sohn), to find a way home. MacLane orchestrates the action with propulsive energy, mixing sci-fi spectacle with the warmth of characters learning to trust each other.
