Lili

“You'll fall in love with...”

Stranded in a strange town, Lili Daurier (Leslie Caron) is taken in by a circus troupe, with the magician Marc (Jean-Pierre Aumont) first coming to her rescue. He already has entanglements of his own and thinks of her as a little girl. Charles Walters follows her to the puppets, where she sings out her troubles and a crowd gathers, and her heart is already staked on someone who cannot see her.
