Little Monsters

“They cause all the trouble. But you’ll have all the fun.”

Brian Stevenson (Fred Savage) just wants his own room back, and a bet with his little brother over the monster under the bed gets him a night in it. The monster turns out to be Maurice (Howie Mandel), who takes him through to a world of pranks played on sleeping kids and on other monsters. Richard Greenberg builds that world beneath the bed with real warmth, and the thing underneath is the fear of the dark, which a friend can take the sting out of.
