Lonely Heart

Hiroki Inoue (Toshinori Omi), a lonely high-school student, spends his days chasing a girl who barely seems to notice him. Then another girl, Sabishinbou (Yasuko Tomita), turns up in his life from nowhere, and no one can say whether she is real or a figment of Hiroki's own mind. Obayashi shoots it all with the loose, playful hand of a man who is not in a hurry to settle that question.
