Loners

“Come to laugh at yourself.”

Hanka (Jitka Schneiderová) is a woman in Prague who has just been pried apart from Petr (Saša Rašilov), a radio announcer who records scraps of ordinary life and plays them over the air. Her friend Robert arranges the split, and it is the same man who stages "typical" Czech family evenings for Japanese tourists. David Ondříček follows Hanka as Ondřej (Ivan Trojan), a married brain surgeon, starts trailing her through the city, and she keeps walking.
