Long Arm of the Law

In 1984 Hong Kong, a crew of desperate men from mainland China cross the border looking for one quick, easy score. Ho Yiu-Tung (David Lam Wai) leads a gang that includes Chubby (Wong Kin) and Ah Chung (Chiang Lung), and Johnny Mak Tong-hung follows them through the city's cramped, crowded streets. After the job goes wrong, they are stuck hiding out with an undercover cop's blood on them and the police closing in.
