Look at Me

In contemporary Paris, twenty-year-old Lolita Cassard (Marilou Berry) trains her singing voice while her father, Étienne (Jean-Pierre Bacri), a literary star, barely notices. She is overweight, unsure of herself, and wary of her vocal coach Sylvia (Agnès Jaoui), who may only want an introduction to him. Agnès Jaoui builds the comedy around that suspicion, and Lolita's whole sense of her own worth is on the line.
